The New Ricoh GX Series Of Printers
Ricoh Corporation has just launched the Ricoh GX3000/GX3050N/GX5050N Desktop Color Printers which are the latest addition to its critically acclaimed GelSprinter(TM) technology products. While the GX3000 and GX3050N models have speeds of 29 pages per minute (ppm), the GX5050N is capable of delivering speeds of 30ppm. These printers are extremely cost effective as they feature a permanent print head and include modes like duplex printing mode, Level Color Mode and Energy Saver Mode.
The award winning Ricoh GelSprinter technology utilizes fast drying viscous ink which is smudge free, waterproof and doesn’t bleed. It can generate documents at a maximum 3600 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi), and the Ricoh GX3050N/GX5050N comes with PCL5c/6 drivers and is network capable. The GX3000 and GX3050N models sport a 250-sheet capacity paper tray and the GX5050N offers an impressive 500-sheet capacity tray. Users can print on a variety of papers and sizes and one can manage the printers from a desktop.
All models are ENERGY STAR compliant and include features like quick start up technology, power-saving sleep modes, duplex and combine copy modes, internal toner recycling mechanism, low noise levels and minimal ozone emissions.The Ricoh GX3000/GX3050N/GX5050N color printers are now available for $199, $279 and $369 respectively.
