Ricoh Corporation has just unveiled the Ricoh Aficio MP C2500/C3000 Series which is truly multifunctional as it offer users features like print, copy, scan and fax without hogging too much of space. The Aficio MP C2500/C3000 Series are ideal for business usage and impresses one with its color and black & white output speeds of 25 and 30 pages per minute (ppm) respectively. Thus from the looks of it the new series can operate in any dynamic environment.

The Aficio MP C2500/C3000 Series includes a full-color LCD panel, Web Image Monitor and SmartDeviceMonitor for easy navigation and viewing. The onboard PxP(TM) Toner technology produces top notch color quality and the series sport a 3,100-sheet paper supply tray. The series also features a number of finishing options like automatic stackless, duplexing and an optional 1,000-sheet Booklet Finisher. The patented Ricoh Scan-to technology is able to send any kind of document to any location in a few seconds. The Document Server stores information and helps in re-printing, re-faxing or editing.

Thanks to the onboard LCD one can print images directly from a digicam without needing a PC. For security purposes Ricoh has included a number of authentication methods like restricting color usage, limiting system functions, data and password encryption and the DataOverwriteSecurity System which automatically overwrites data after each job. The Aficio MP C2500/C3000 Series are ENERGY STAR compliant and include features like quick start up technology, power-saving sleep modes, duplex and combine copy modes, internal toner recycling mechanism, low noise levels and minimal ozone emissions.
