Look at this guy, he added a turbo on his computer cooling modification. The turbo fan will spin at 3500RPM, What will happen if he add a turbocharged system on it, will the whole computer case blow off? He said "The idea is to blow air through the case, not to pressurize it. If the computer’s case was sealed tightly enough to where pressure could actually build up, the side door would fly off and the USB cables would pop out".
